Levi was my first Aussie and for this reason he will always hold a very special piece of my heart different from any other dog. He was my introduction to dog sports and shows, and the first dog I ever trained, trialed and titled. He was very patient with all of my rookie mistakes! From the moment I brought him home, he knew I was his person and that his number one job was to be my protector.

Levi came into my life during freshman year of high school. He was by my side all the way through graduation, throughout college, and for the entire decade of my 20s. He was part of just about every life milestone I have achieved thus far. It's hard to remember what my life was like before him, and even harder to imagine the future without him.   

As a young dog, Levi was very mischievous and certainly kept me on my toes. He lived for food and found new ways every day to steal extra treats for himself. Many times he was just too smart for his own good! It's because of his intelligence, ingenuity and loyalty that I cannot imagine owning another breed. 

Once retired from training and showing, Levi enjoyed watching over my home and keeping away any potential intruders. He took this job very seriously and truly cared about every member of his "pack". I know he will continue to watch over us all!
